Once you find a service you like, click it for more information. You will be able to read the service description, view the seller’s portfolio or samples of their work, and pricing.
If you have specific questions, we recommend contacting the seller before you place your order. Our messaging system allows you to easily contact any seller and get more information about their service.
When you feel you’ve found what you need, simply proceed with placing your order.
Once the seller has completed your order and sent you the files, you will be able to review the work before you approve payment.
We hold your payment until we receive notification from you that the service is complete and you are satisfied with the final product.
If you are not satisfied, contact the seller to see if the issue can be resolved. If that doesn’t work, you can file a dispute and request a refund.
If your expectations are met or exceeded, take a moment to leave the seller a good rating. This will help build their reputation on the site and could mean more business for them.
If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can let the seller know what he/she needs to work on in the future.

On Bj Biz you payment is safe. We hold the money you pay for a service until you receive and approve the final product.
If you are unhappy with the final product and cannot resolve the issue with the seller, you have the option of filing a dispute and requesting a refund.
Once a dispute is filed we will review it and respond within 48-72 hours.
If you feel comfortable working with a seller outside of the site, that is your decision. However, working within the site keeps your money safe because we provide a dispute system and hold your money until you approve the final product.

Your job is the service that you want to sell on Bj Biz. This is where you show off your talent and give buyers as much information about you and your service as possible.
Post sample images and or videos of the service you are selling. Set your price and post the job.
Note: You can boost your income by offering your customers extra services during the order process.
Now is the time to show what you can do! Once a buyer selects your service make sure you are as professional and as prompt as possible.
Try to meet all the expectations you set in your service’s description. This includes the final product, the turnaround time, the customer service and more.
Provide great service and your reputation on BJ Biz will grow.
If your buyers’ expectations are met or exceeded, you’ll get a good rating and more business. As your rating and reputation on the site grows you can expect more frequent sales.
Sellers pay a 15% processing fee to BJ Biz on every transaction. Additionally, PayPal charges a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Your fees will automatically be deducted from your total before you receive final payment.
The minimum amount you can charge for a service on BJ Biz is $5. The current maximum is $5000.
The term Digital Services refers to the electronic delivery of information including data and content across multiple platforms and devices like web or mobile.
Simply put, a digital service is any service that can be completely and sent via the internet. All jobs on BJ Biz are for digital services only.
If your service includes a physical product, it most likely is not eligible to be posted on BJ Biz.
Once you complete your project and send it to the buyer for approval, they have a maximum of 5 days to approve or decline the finished product.
If we don't receive approval after that time period, the money will become available to you automatically.
In order for the buyer to request a refund they must submit a dispute and show a valid reason for the request. We will review all correspondence between buyer and seller regarding the project and decide whether the refund request is valid or not.
This is why it is very important for the safety of the buyer and seller to keep all correspondence and file transfers within the Bj Biz platform. If the seller send files or emails to the buyer outside for the Bj Biz system, we have no way of validating anything. This will make the dispute resolution process much more complicated.
